Polson goes 3-0; Whitefish finishes 2-1

WHITEFISH — In the final test before divisonal and state competition, Polson posted a 3-0 mark and Whitefish went 2-1 on Friday at the Whitefish Wrestling Memorial Invitational dual tournament at Whitefish High School.

“Everybody got three matches,” Whitefish coach Ryan Boyle said.

“It’s the end of the regular season, a time to get on the mats, finish the season well, polish things up and great ready for divisionals.”

Robert Bertelsen (160) won twice by pin for Whitefish as did Dakota Flannery (138).

Also competing were Browning, Columbia Falls, Eureka, Libby and Thompson Falls.
