Derek Lee Hirsch

Derek Lee Hirsch, 17, of Whitefish, passed away Monday, Sept, 13, 2004, in Billings from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

He was born March 10, 1987, in Kingman, Ariz.

He was a senior at the Whitefish Independent High School. He was employed at Dos Amigos. His passions were skateboarding and snowboarding with his many friends.

Survivors include his parents, Anthony R. and Cheryl L. Hirsch, sister Toni Marie Hirsch, brothers Nick and Brian Bennett of Las Vegas, and grandmother Betty S. Perry of Kingman, Ariz.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Dale R. and Steven D. Hirsch.

A Memorial Mass will be held Thursday, Sept. 23, at 10 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Whitefish. The Rev. Pat Patton will officiate.
