Horsemen meet
The Back Country Horsemen of the Flathead will hold their regular monthly meeting June 14 at 7:30 p.m. at the Fish, Wildlife and Parks Building, located at 490 North Meridian Road. The meeting is open to the public and all are welcome.

The Masonic Lodge here will have an open house from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 4.
Annuals for sale
High school annuals will be for sale in the library for $35 until they're gone. Call 892-6500 ext. 293.
Pool passes
City park pool passes will be available next week. A family pass is $55 for city residents, $32 for an individual city resident, and $25 for city resident lap swim. Non-resident passes are $69 for a family, $40 for an individual and $32 for lap swim. Picture IDs for passes will be taken at City Hall June 7 and 9 from 3 to 5 p.m.
Open house
On June 13, the Forest Service will host an open house on the new Forest Service plan from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Kalispell West Coast Hotel. New maps and more information on the plan will be on display.
Visitor center opens
The Columbia Falls Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center, located across the street from Marantette Park, opened May 31 and will stay open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. through the summer.
Planner sought
The Columbia Falls City-County planning board is looking for a county representative on the board who lives in the planning area, but outside the city limits. Those interested should write a letter of qualification to Mary Sevier, Flathead County Planning and Zoning, 1035 First Ave. West, Kalispell, MT 59901.
Graduation
Columbia Falls High School graduation is June 4 at 11 a.m. at the high school gymnasium.
Last day of school
The last day of school for Columbia Falls is Friday, June 10. Schools will be dismissed as follows: CF High School at 11:30; Canyon Elementary at 11:30; Glacier Gateway Elementary at 11:30; CF Junior High at 11:40; Ruder Elementary at 11:45. School lunch will be a bagged lunch and buses will run.
Toastmasters
The next Columbia Falls Toastmaster's meeting is Monday June 6 from noon to 1 p.m. The meetings are being held at the City Hall council chambers the first and third Mondays of the month. Physicals
On June 6 physicals will be offered for $15 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the high school gym. The exams are for incoming freshman through seniors. Students must have physicals to play fall sports. These physicals are far less expensive than doctor visits.
