And another thing…

| February 8, 2006 11:00 PM

This letter is an addendum to my letter of Dec. 20, 2005, in which I strongly opposed any change in the lot sizes that Rocky Mountain Recreational Communities is seeking in the Harbor Village community.

Since last writing you, the former president of our Board of Directors and other Directors were threatened with a lawsuit by the developer, which led to their resignations. This gave the Developer the opportunity to pack the Board with his cronies. This prejudiced Board then voted to agree with the proposed zoning. As a minority member of the Board I can state this is not representative of the community at large.

I also want to emphasize the fact that when we purchased our lots and homes, the specific area he proposes to build on was designated as common area to be used as parking for our visiting motor home friends and rallies. Many of us bought for just this reason. We feel we have been betrayed, and Rocky Mountain Recreational Communities has violated the Montana Real Estate "Full Disclosure Law."
