Thanks, Stacy Oil

My wife and I moved to Whitefish in September of 1981, having vacationed here each summer and winter (Eastern Montana was just too windy). Our first credit application was for fuel delivery to our new home. George Stacy set the tone of Whitefish for us.

We traveled to Eastern Montana most every weekend. Yes, one winter weekend our fuel oil ran out at minus 20 F. A most magical sparkling frozen home greeted us at 1 a.m. upon our arrival. Again, who else to share this moment with but Stacy Oil. George arrived and made us all laugh at the frozen home.

We have appreciated the news and fishing tips from the family every time we came through (one family and four cars). From my 7 a.m. stops to closing time, always upbeat and friendly. We will miss hometown service, as you have always been there with a smile (Dale's jokes were great).
