Georgia Johnston

Georgia Marie Johnston, 46, of Seattle, Wash., passed away April 29, 2006, as a result of a motor vehicle accident in Kalispell.

She was born in Browning on June 16, 1959, the daughter of George and Marie (Boushie) Baker.

Georgia received her early education in Kila, but completed high school, graduating in Great Falls. She then went on to receive a degree in business computers in Seattle. Georgia collected Native American dolls and liked to play pool and visit her family and friends. She married Pat Dalton in Seattle in 1996.

Georgia was preceded in death by her father; George Baker, her sister, Lee Ann Baker, and her grandparents, Ed and Louise Boushie.

She is survived by her husband, Pat Dalton, of Seattle; her mother, Marie Mount, of Kalispell; sisters Rhonda Phipps, of Whitefish, Helen Baker, of Great Falls, and Jeannie Baker, of Kalispell; brother Andy Huff, of Helena; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mass of Christian burial for Georgia was held May 4, 2006, at St. Matthew's Catholic Church with Father Vic Langhans as Celebrant. Burial followed at C.E. Conrad Memorial Cemetery.
