Matthew Scotten

Matthew Paul Scotten, 49, passed away May 18, 2006, at his home in Whitefish, surrounded by his family and friends.

Matt was born March 16, 1957, in Billings to Rose Marie and George Francis Scotten Jr.

He received his early education in Great Falls and attended high school in Whitefish. He attended the University of Montana-Missoula for one year, and he worked at Columbia Falls Aluminum Co. plant for 25 years before he opened Video Data Services in Whitefish.

Matt's favorite recreation was golf.

He was preceded in death by his father, George Scotten Jr.

He will be dearly missed by his mother, Rosie Horn, brothers Tim and Dave Scotten, daughters Katie and Jessica Scotten and his companion Diane Stenger.

Services will be held May 30, 2006, at 1 p.m. at United Methodist Church in Whitefish.
