Donald J. Hart

Donald J. Hart was born on Oct. 16, 1928 at Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the son of William A. and Florence Faye (Currier) Hart.

He was educated in Milwaukee and Sidney, Montana and entered the Army on December 7, 1945 at Butte, Montana. He served as a surgical tech during the occupation of Japan and was discharged on Sept. 16, 1948.

He was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #4042 of Bigfork, Montana.

His life's occupation was truck driving. He loved the open road.

He was predeceased by his parents, two sisters, Helen Mavis Hart and Eleanor M. Brovold (Normam) and two brothers, Howard M. Hart (Ardis) and William W. Hart (Janice).

He is survived by his children Donna J. (Michael) Kitt of Marinette, Wisconsin and Randolph W. (Barbara) Hart of California, four grandchildren, one sister, Dorothy (Paul) Bowman of Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, one brother James W. (Margie) of Rathdrum, Idaho, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Donald Hart passed away on Saturday, Oct. 21, 2006 in Billings, Montana. He was 77 years old.

Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
