David Dearing

David O. Dearing, 53 of Whitefish, fell peacefully asleep at his home in Whitefish on Feb. 5, 2008, and died of natural causes.

He was born May 30, 1954, in Kerrville, Texas. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and his grandchildren. He was a longtime employee of the Crestwood Resort and the Pine Lodge, both in Whitefish. He will be missed dearly by his wife, Kathy Dearing; a sister and brother; two daughters; two sons; a bushel of grandchildren; and many friends.

A memorial service was held Feb. 11, 2008, at the Conference room in the Pine Lodge Motel in Whitefish.
