Blanche Erickson

Blanche Erickson, 97, died on Oct. 26, 2008, at the Village Health Care Center in Missoula.

Blanche was born in Whitefish on May 28, 1911, to Marvin and Agnes Hove. She taught school upon graduating from Dillon Normal College.

She married Allen Erickson of Conrad on June 28, 1938. After moving with her husband to the Los Angeles area, she was employed by Douglas Aircraft until her retirement. Blanche and Allen moved from LaHabra, Calif., to Missoula in May 1991.

Blanche was predeceded in death by her husband Allen, her brother Ralph Hove and sisters Grace Dugan and Edna Horne.

She is survived by three nieces and three nephews, their children and grandchildren and many friends.

She was interred with her beloved husband at the Conrad Cemetery. There will be no services at her request.
