The Bigfork Land Use Advisory Committee was faced with a stark agenda at its regular monthly meeting on Thursday with no applications to consider.

Jay Whitney also have a short presentation to the board for informative purposes outlining a lawsuit that he is currently involved in concerning land in downtown Bigfork. Some of the land in question, he contended, should belong to the county and thus the public.
