Nancy McLean Sieh

Nancy McLean Sieh, 82, died Oct. 16, 2009, at Kalispell Regional Hospital. She was born on March 10, 1927, in Goshen, Ind., the daughter of John and Arlione McLean. She attended high school in Goshen and in Spooner, Wis., and Stephens College in Missouri. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roderick W. Sieh, in 1993. She is survived by four children, John Sieh, Becky Youel, Amy Malone and Barbara Sieh; and her sisters Marilyn Schmidt and Mari Jo Bosco. Before moving to Montana, she resided Rice Lake and Stone Lake Wisconsin. She was an avid birdwatcher and animal lover, and she enjoyed spending time in Glacier National Park. Her gentle spirit and generous heart touched all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her memory to either the Glacier National Park Fund, P.O. Box 2749, Columbia Falls, MT or to your local Humane Society.
