Road litter

Walkers, runners, bikers and boarders, are you one of the lucky residents of Whitefish who can quickly leave the city limits on your own power to enjoy the Armory-Voerman-Dillon "loops"?

If so, please consider once or twice a month carrying a small plastic grocery sack to harvest the litter from the ditches and sides of the road. You'll be surprised at how fast just one bag fills up.

Tie up the bag, leave it and our family will retrieve the bags and dispose of appropriately on our many trips to and from town. Maybe some other folks would consider doing the same for JP Road, Monegan and Edgewood.
