The Boys and Girls Club holds a Youth Night on Thursdays at Glacier Discovery Square. It’s a safe and fun place for youth to hang out. Middle school kids are welcome from 5 to 7 p.m. and high school age from 7 to 9 p.m. There is no cost.

Friday

Students from Ruder Elementary will sing a patriotic program “Let’s Sing America,” at 8:45 a.m. and at 2 p.m. on Friday, April 30 in the school gym.

Saturday

A walking group meets Saturdays at 9 a.m. at Imagine Health. Walk for one hour, rain or shine. Route varies weekly and folks set their own pace. For more information, call 892-4406.

The Canyon Cleanup is Saturday, May 1 from 9 a.m. to noon. Meet at the firehall in Hungry Horse. Be sure to wear work gloves and sunscreen. Come ready to pick up trash or paint the VFW building. Junk vehicle removal forms from Flathead County will also be available. Lunch is provided. Contact Stephanie Dahl with questions, 387-4113.

A community cleanup day, Clean the Falls, is Saturday, May 1 from 9 a.m. to noon. Starts at Glacier Bank. Bring gloves, garbage bags will be provided. A fee lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to noon for helpers.
