Two seats are up for election on the Bigfork Land Use Advisory Committee this year.

It includes six elected members and one appointed member at large. Elected members serve for three years.

Candidates must be registered voters in the Bigfork Zoning District for a minimum of two years. They must file a petition of nomination signed by at least five electors of the district as well as an affidavit of person circulating the petition and an oath of candidacy.

Forms may be picked up at the Flathead County Election Office, located at 800 S. Main in Kalispell.
