Glenda M. Price

Glenda M. Price, 67, of Fortine died Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at her home in Fortine from natural causes.

She was born Dec. 8, 1942 in Glasgow, to Arnot and Mabel Moen Martin. At age 7 the family moved from Glasgow. She grew up around Half Moon and Martin City. She attended high school in Columbia Falls, and graduated from Columbia Falls High School with the class of 1961. She worked at the Blue Moon for a while. She married Bill Price in 1962. They moved to Fortine in 1966. She went to work at the Fortine Mercantile where she worked for many years. She was very creative and enjoyed making grave blankets, and Christmas wreaths. She also enjoyed fishing, reading, puzzles, and her grandchildren. Her husband Bill preceded her in death.

Survivors include her children Jeannie Herron and husband Gary of Trego, Ray Price and wife Lynda of Fortine, Will Price of Fortine; two sisters Susie Bengston and husband Chuck of West Glacier; Chris Dose and husband Gene of Eastern; brother Roger Martin of Columbia Falls; grandchildren Brandy, Krystal, Sidra, Katrina, Gary, Lyndsey, Dyllon, Ryan, Bryan, Chase, and Haylee; 13 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were Monday June 14, 2010 at Fortine Cemetery. Local arrangements are by Schnackenberg and
