Pam "Crowley" Pool

Pam "Crowley" Pool left this world at the age of 50 with her sister Lori at her side in her home in Clackamas, Ore., on March 9, 2010.

Pam was born Dec. 13, 1959 in Butte. She attended school in Columbia Falls and was active with horses and 4-H. After high school, Pam owned and operated Glacier Inn Restaurant in Columbia Falls.

She worked in a variety of occupations throughout the years. Pam moved to Oregon and became a skilled contractor. During the past seven years, she worked for BooCo construction traveling throughout the Northwest.

Pam was an avid gardener who also enjoyed fishing, playing cards and spending time with her dog Oreo. She had a passion for life and the capacity to brighten anyone's day. Pam had a great work ethic and was liked and respected by her co-workers. She loved and was loved by her family and friends.

Pam is survived by her son Shaunn; mother Jean Sandefer (husband Bryant Sandefer; deceased) of Columbia Falls; father Larry Crowley (wife Margie) of Butte; sister Lori Ibey of Missoula; sister Deb Lawrence (husband Rich) of Somers; granddaughter Thea of Columbia Falls; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends. Pam was courageous and she was our hero. A beautiful spirit is soaring high amongst the eagles.

In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Pam may be made to any hospice.

Cremation will occur at Hillside Chapel in Rose City, Ore.
