Wesley Collins

Wesley Collins, 49, "Bubba" of Kalispell, "has joined the Lord and his beloved black labrador, Spook." He died April 12, 2010, as the result of a homicide.

Wesley was born Oct. 17, 1960, in Whitefish and was raised in Columbia Falls, where he attended school.

He later went to work logging with his father. He enjoyed the outdoors and had a knack for fixing anything mechanical. He especially enjoyed the holiday gatherings and dinners with his family.

Wesley is survived by his mother, Jean Collins, of Columbia Falls; sister, Virginia Darsow, and husband, Terry, of Columbia Falls; sister, Carol Davies, and husband, Dick, of Bigfork; sister, Kathy Collins, of Columbia Falls; two brothers, Mike Collins of Kalispell, and Windy Collins and wife, Candy, of Missoula; and many nieces and nephews.

"We will miss him. We love you, dear, son and brother."

Cremation will take place at Buffalo Hill Funeral Home and Crematory in Kalispell. No services are planned.
