Swim team places second in Plains meet
The Columbia Falls Swim Team placed second at the swim meet in Plains over the weekend, with 781.5 points. Bitterroot took first place with 1,636 points.
Individual high points included Tyler Langton and Cooper Babcock, who took firsts for boys 8-and-under; Karyssa Nelson, who took second for girls 11-12; Colton Babcock, who took first for boys 11-12; and Dalton Nelson, who took second for boys 15-and-older.
The team will travel to Hamilton for divisionals next weekend to qualify for the state meet, which will be held in Chinook.
