Leonard Cobler

Leonard A. Cobler, 65, of Kalispell, died July 22, 2012, at his home surrounded by friends and family.

He moved to Montana in 1964 from The Dalles, Ore. and worked for Plum Creek Timber in Columbia Falls for 35 years.

He is survived by his wife Bobbie Cobler; children George Cobler and Sarah Cobler Leow; brothers LeRoy, Malcolm and Melvin Cobler; sister Lois Cobler; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great grandnieces and great grandnephews.

A memorial service will be held at the Country Way Church of God, 554 Country Way, in Kalispell, on Sunday, Sept. 16, at 10 a.m. with an outdoor barbecue and potluck at Little McGregor Lake in Marion.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Northwest Montana Veterans Food Pantry, 1399 U.S. 2 East, Kalispell MT 59901; or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
