Clarence Caudill

Clarence Marvin Caudill, 80, passed away of natural causes at the Brendan House in Kalispell on Dec. 17, 2012.

He was born Feb. 9, 1932, in Boyes, the son of the late Oscar James and Emma (Wenalainen) Caudill. He joined the Air Force in 1949 and saw duty in Korea during the Korean conflict, in the Cuban Missile crisis and the Vietnam War.

He married Lucille Walker on March 1, 1957, and raised six children.

He is survived by his children Virginia Botchek and husband Kevin, of Kalispell, Gloria Buhmann and husband Rob, of Zurich, Susan Nutter, of Columbia Falls, Oscar Caudill and wife Anita, of Columbia Falls, and Donna Miller and husband Brian, of Missoula; daughter-in-law Marjorie Caudill, of Kalispell; brother Thomas Caudill, of Kalispell; sister Helen Lancaster and husband James, of Spokane; 11 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

Graveside services took place at the C.E. Conrad Memorial Cemetery with military honors on Dec. 20, 2012.
