Dusty roads

I have lived in the valley for 45 years, and the dust gets worse every year. It is very hard to find hay for my horse that does not threaten his health from the dust in the hay.
It has never made sense to me why the county uses dusty dirt to gravel the roads. Common sense says use clean gravel to gravel the roads, and that would take care of 80 percent of the problem.
I have lived on Bowdish Road and watched the county dump more dust on that road than gravel. The county needs to care more, take care of the problem not add to it.
