Rob Foster
Robbie (Rob) Dwight Foster, 55, of Bigfork, Montana, passed away on January 16, 2012, in a tragic automobile accident just outside of Yuma, Ariz. He was born January 28, 1956 in Newport, Oregon. He graduated from Woodland High School in 1974.
On September 17, 2010, he married his soul mate Susan Millsap in Bigfork, where they enjoyed their lives as early retirees. He was an accomplished outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish and enjoyed traveling with his wife Susan at his side. He was also an avid sports fan attending all of the Bigfork High School games and, a season ticket holder to the University of Montana football games. “Go Griz!â€
He is survived by his wife Susan Foster of Bigfork, MT; mother Helen Foster of Woodland, Wash.; son and daughter-in-law Nick and Brooke Foster of Pensacola, Florida; son and daughter-in-law Chad and Maria Foster of San Diego, CA; brothers Ron Foster of Vancouver, Wash. and Randy Foster of La Grande, Oregon; stepdaughters Rachael Millsap of Bellflower, Calif. and Megan Millsap of Bigfork; stepson Matthew Millsap of Bigfork; grandchildren Nathaniel Foster of San Diego, Calif., Ava Foster of Pensacola, Florida, Landon and Braydon Davis of Bigfork; nieces and nephews; and his faithful dog “Nickieâ€.
Rob was a loving, caring and giving husband, son, father, brother, grandfather and friend, and he will be deeply missed. Services will be held on Thursday, January 26th at 1:30 p.m. at The Buffalo Hill Funeral Home in Kalispell.
