William Foster

William “Bill” Duane Foster passed away on May 7, 2012 in Klamath Falls, Ore.

He was 72.  He was born in Poplar on April 10, 1940 to Fred J Foster and Nora May Laroque.

 He was a long time resident of Martin City, and went to school in Columbia Falls.

He served his country as a soldier in the U.S. Army in the early ‘60s in Panama.

He retired from the railroad after over 35 years.  Enjoyed the outdoors, looked forward to hunting with bow and rifle, and snowmobiling.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a younger brother Kevin Bradley Foster.

He is survived by his wife Diane of many years, a stepson Robert and Sheri Ledbetter, and several grandchildren, as well as brothers and sisters Jim and Holly Foster of Tujunga, Califtonia, Fred and John Foster of Oregon, Elaina Doyle of Oregon, Pat Foster of Rudyard, Betty Gene Brockelsby of California, and Louise Johnson of Oregon, Diana Foster of Montana, Roxie and Cory of Great Falls, Curtis Foster of Ronan.

He requested cremation and no funeral services.
