A HUGE thank you to the many volunteers who turned out to hang the Whitefish winter decorations on Sunday morning. It was a treat to have several generations, including many new faces, of Whitefish folks on hand to help with this great project.

A special thanks to Mark Heider with the City of Whitefish for his above and beyond efforts in preparing the decorations, and continuing thanks to the Flathead Electric Co-op linemen, Rocky Mountain Painting, Whitefish High School DECA students and the City of Whitefish staff for their invaluable help with the decorations.

The decorations will again stay up through the week following Whitefish Winter Carnival to help make this longtime event a success again this winter season.

Whitefish Shines is a not-for-profit organization made up entirely of community volunteers. Donations to this ongoing effort in any amount are greatly appreciated, and go only toward hanging, maintaining, and improving the decorations. Donations can be sent to Whitefish Shines, PO Box 695, Whitefish, MT 59937.
