The Hockaday Museum of Art is opening its doors with free admission on Nov. 23-24, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day as a thank you to the community for continued support.

Visitors are invited to view the current exhibitions, which include the “2012 Members Salon” featuring over 120 participating artist members showing recent work. Many media types and styles are represented in the popular annual exhibit with many pieces available for sale.

Visitors are encouraged to cast a vote for their favorite work in the annual People’s Choice Awards.

Champagne tasting will be sponsored by Intermountain Distributing. Complimentary gift bags valued $12 at each will be available while supplies last, and a free docent-led gallery tour will be held Nov. 24, at 10:30 a.m.
