In the course of the campaign for Governor of Montana, many times the office of the Lieutenant Governor position is overlooked and not considered.

John Walsh has been selected by Attorney General Steve Bullock to be his running mate. Brigadier General John Walsh, retired, is an excellent choice and compliments Steve Bullock in his run for Governor.

John Walsh is also a native son and a loyal Montanan who has the experience and maturity to be of great assistance to all departments of our state government.

General Walsh commanded the 1-163 Infantry Battalion, the largest deployment of Montanans since WWII.

He was awarded the Bronze Star and the Combat Infantryman’s Badge for his actions in Iraq. He is a proven leader and an excellent administrator. Together they will continue the progress and success of our great state.
