The Jeep was reported stolen Aug. 14 from West Second Street.

LeDuc was charged with vehicle theft, eluding an officer, criminal endangerment, DUI, no driver’s license, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, probation violation, and a warrant.
