10:52 a.m. The dome of a street light fell and smashed into pieces after a woman backed into a pole on Montana Avenue.
11:02 a.m. Report of a laptop stolen from an office on East 7th Street.
3:09 p.m. Report of a sexual assault that occurred in July.
9:34 p.m. Report of a man chasing and cussing at a woman on the viaduct.
Tuesday, Aug. 20
12:56 a.m. A taxi driver gave a ride to an intoxicated man who was crying. The driver was concerned about the man.
9:01 a.m. Report of a heavy-set woman being unruly at the breakfast area of a lodge on U.S. 93 South.
9:51 a.m. Tires of a road bike were slashed.
11:18 p.m. A resident on Washington Avenue was warned about his barking dogs creating a public nuisance.
1:20 p.m. A 15-year-old boy threatened to bust out his sister’s car windows.
1:57 p.m. A woman’s ring was reportedly missing from a shop on Spokane Avenue. She refused to leave until it was found.
5:47 p.m. Report of three women in bikinis at the high school exposing themselves to passing cars.
6:52 p.m. A man called police three times to report his family member was having a heart attack. Each time he hung up without giving dispatch an address or more information.
8:07 p.m. A Ducati MC bike was knocked over on East 2nd Street.
Wednesday, Aug. 21
12:13 a.m. Report of a woman screaming for help at a campground. An intoxicated man lying on a picnic table was screaming as well.
2:41 a.m. Report of a missing birth certificate, social security card, ID and family Bible.
10:34 p.m. A man on Baker Avenue was arrested after trying to kick in his mother’s door.
Thursday, Aug. 22
12:34 p.m. Report of fireworks at the skatepark.
1:47 p.m. A bicycle was stolen form East 7th Street.
11:07 p.m. Theft from a vehicle was reported on Spokane Avenue.
11:58 p.m. Report of a physical disturbance on Park Avenue. A woman alleged her mother punched her in the head. She said her parents ripped off her clothes and she was locked in a bathroom. The mother told police her daughter was intoxicated and that they were stopping her from driving.
Friday, Aug. 23
3:16 a.m. Report of a loud thumping noise on the front door of a Ridge Crest Drive home.
2:34 p.m. A woman received a suspicious phone call from someone in Alabama who simply stated “Your bomb is ready” then hung up. She called the number back and the person again said “Your bomb in ready.” She called back a third time and the person said they were with the L.P.D. and that they weren’t discussing the matter any further. She called the number a fourth time and it went to voicemail.
3:14 p.m. Report of someone throwing trash from their car onto the sidewalk.
7:55 p.m. A group of transients behind the library were using a free wi-fi signal.
11:38 p.m. Report of a woman using a fake $20 bill at a gas station on U.S. 93 South. She had a whole wad of bills.
Saturday, Aug. 24
1:24 a.m. Report of an arrest on Central Avenue for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
3:05 p.m. Report of boat rage on Whitefish Lake. A boater said a man on a jetski buzzed his boat and water skier. The jet skier claimed the boater came too close to his dock so he went after it.
9:22 p.m. Report of a vicious dog attacking and injuring another dog on Kalispell Avenue.
Sunday, Aug. 25
12:50 a.m. A man trying to fight bouncers downtown was arrested for disorderly conduct.
10:44 a.m. Report of party on Texas Avenue with Harleys racing down the street.
10:58 p.m. Report of an almost albino pit bull that cornered someone into a baseball field.
9:10 p.m. A man tried to flee the scene of an accident on Central Avenue, but a group of people blocked him from leaving. The man was arrested and taken to the hospital for a blood draw.

2:43 p.m. Report of four men bashing stuff into the doors at Safeway.
