Flathead County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a Creston Hatchery Road property after receiving a report of a skinny hunting dog with its mouth wrapped shut with masking tape. The tape was taken off the dog’s muzzle, revealing no injuries underneath. A notice was left for the owner to contact an animal-control officer.

A pair of middle-aged hitchhikers were kicked out of a Somers bar on Somers Road and advised to stay away from the business.

An Alpine Drive resident in Bigfork complained about a neighbor’s dogs that keep running loose and terrorizing the resident’s dogs. The neighbor was cited for two counts of having a dog at large and one count of failure to obtain a county dog license.

A man complaining about marijuana and illegal drugs at a Wolf Creek Drive hotel in Bigfork where his wife was staying was advised to call back and make his complaint when he was sober.

An unknown person picked the wrong driveway to linger in on Ferndale Drive. The resident, an armed ex-law enforcement officer, said it was too dark to describe the vehicle or see who was inside.
