Driver runs over nativity scene

Monday, Dec. 24

9:32 a.m. A driver reported that a woman driver pulled out in front of him on Somers Avenue and he ran over a stop sign.

1:51 p.m. A Saturn and a Chevy pickup were involved in a non-injury accident on O’Brien Avenue.

Tuesday, Dec. 25

1:33 a.m. A resident on Baker Avenue heard someone on her front deck. She heard a loud boom, but didn’t see the subjects. She called back 20 minutes later to report a thumping noise from her deck.

9:08 a.m. A man and woman were reportedly fighting on Wisconsin Avenue. The man allegedly punched down the door.

10:50 a.m. A man playing a guitar inside a building on East 7th Street was asked to move along.

9:27 p.m. Six teenagers walked up and down Colorado Avenue three times. The reporting caller said they weren’t doing anything specific, but thought it was odd.

Wednesday, Dec. 26

9:59 a.m. A woman said her husband was harassing her by posting photos and videos on Facebook.

11:30 a.m. Police killed a mountain lion on Glenwood Road.

1:46 p.m. Graffiti was reported on the back of the Frank Lloyd Wright building.

7:19 p.m. A man was arrested and charged with criminal mischief after reporting his dog was run over on Baker Avenue.

11:30 p.m. A fight was reported on Central Avenue. A knife was left on the street after suspects fled the scene.

Thursday, Dec. 27

10:10 a.m. A man said his girlfriend hit him in the head with a cell phone. The man was bleeding and was taken to the hospital.

2:06 p.m. A woman was requesting extra patrol after reportedly being assaulted on Dec. 23. She was confused about what happened the night of the assault, but believes she woke up in the park and was taken to the hospital.

Friday, Dec. 28

1:24 a.m. A man said two men wearing beanies were threatening him in front of a bar on Central Avenue. The men in beanies demanded a ride or they were going to beat up the reporting caller.

4:55 a.m. A woman said she was mugged while walking her dog.

7:48 a.m. A vehicle drove through a yard on Kalispell Avenue. Some trash was left behind.

12:15 p.m. A vehicle drove onto a lawn of a church on Wisconsin Avenue and damaged a nativity scene.

Saturday, Dec. 29

12:09 a.m. A man wearing a beanie was allegedly trying to sell meth on Baker Avenue. It may have been the DJ at a bar.

5:40 a.m. A caller heard two men screaming on Haugen Heights.

3:20 p.m. A purse was reported stolen on Central Avenue.

6 p.m. A caller reported the streetlights out on the viaduct.

6:42 p.m. A reckless driver went into the ditch on U.S. 93 West.

Sunday, Dec. 30

2:46 a.m. A yellow Hummer was flipped on its side on Big Mountain Road. When another driver stopped to help, the Hummer driver was rude and seemed intoxicated.

3 a.m. A driver passed out in a running vehicle parked on U.S. 93 South.

12 p.m. A German shepherd reportedly ran down a deer on East 8th Street.

Monday, Dec. 31

1:44 a.m. A man was seen on the ground along West Second Street.
