Pachyderm Club
The Glacier Pachyderm Club will meet on March 22 and 29 at the Hilton Garden Inn on the south end of Kalispell from noon to 1 p.m.
Duncan Scott will speak about the on-going “donut” debate facing Whitefish and the county as well as right to work issues on March 22.
Dr. Jane Karas, President of Flathead Valley Community College, will speak on March 29. Karas will have updates on the changes at the college such as enrollment in the new nursing building and four-year degree programs.

Kindergarten Round-up
Dayton Elementary School’s kindergarten round-up and child find will be held on Tuesday, April 23 from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Children are eligible for kindergarten next year if they will be five years old on or before Sept. 10.
Parents should bring their child’s: • Immunization records, • Birth certificate or Social Security card.

Lakeside Community Club Fair
The 24th annual Lakeside Community Club Fair is set for July 13.
Events include a pancake breakfast, 5-k run/walk, parade, silent auction, arts and crafts fair and games.

conversation
A three-hour workshop and community conversation for all ages called “100 Days Past Sandy Hook” will take place at the Flathead Valley Community College’s Arts and Technology Building on Tuesday, March 26, from 6-9 p.m. There will be an open discussion about how to create safety in the community.
Relay for Life Kickoff
The American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life kick-off will be at the Fairgrounds in Kalispell on March 23 from 4-7 p.m.
This is the ACS’s 100th year, and Relay is “dreaming big, hoping big, and relaying big.”
The evening includes a spaghetti dinner, Monte Carlo poker, and live auction. Bingo and kids activities will also be held. Tickets can be purchased from Relay team members, and are $10 for an individual or $25 for families.
