Police calls: Unruly patient with bad toothache
Monday, March 18
3:45 p.m. A representative from a rental car agency was trying to locate a vehicle rented to a man who was shot dead earlier this month at a Whitefish home.
7:51 p.m. A man told police his rental home was being trashed. He was counseled on landlord/tenant laws.
7:53 p.m. A man on East 1st Street alleged his friend’s landlord entered his home and choked him.
8:54 p.m. A man on East 1st Street allegedly slammed a woman’s face to the floor. Both the man and woman were reportedly intoxicated.
Tuesday, March 19
7:15 a.m. A resident on Willow Brook Close said his neighbor threw a coffee mug and a stick at his car.
8:11 a.m. A bicycle was reported stolen on U.S. 93 South.
12:13 p.m. A hit and run was reported at a school on East 7th Street. The suspected vehicle is was a mini Hummer.
Wednesday, March 20
1:02 p.m. A possible DUI was reported on U.S. 93 South.
6:20 p.m. An intoxicated woman was being belligerent at a laundromat on U.S. 93 South.
7:13 p.m. Suspicious teenagers were seen walking around an abandoned building off Edgewood Place.
5:16 p.m. A suicide attempt was reported on Colorado Avenue.

2:20 p.m. A caller was concerned about a customer they normally see who has not been in the store for a week.

2:28 a.m. A vehicle hit a light post on East 1st Street.
Saturday, March 23
9:30 a.m. Someone was spinning broadies in a parking lot off U.S. 93 West.
12:11 p.m. An injured fawn was seen struggling near some mailboxes on Ridgecrest Drive.
3:34 p.m. An army bag was found on Columbia Avenue.
6 p.m. A possibly intoxicated patient with a bad toothache was being aggressive at the hospital. The man left to get help at the Kalispell emergency room.
Sunday, March 24
12:22 p.m. A person with child protective services was seeking information about a living situation on Wisconsin Avenue. The person wanted to know if the house was sanitary and to see if a child had bruises and dog bites.
6:08 p.m. A man reported that his son stole a box of pencils from a peer at school.
8:54 p.m. A man said his home health nurse was ripping him off. The subject wasn’t paying rent and was taking his food stamps.
10:32 p.m. A woman and her child went to the police station after being kicked out of their home.
