Contribute to safety this holiday

Thanks to the Flathead Electric Cooperative for funding life safety projects in the Flathead Valley for several years.  These projects include handicapped assesses, defibrillators, car seats, fencing, radios, lighting, security cameras, bicycle paths and much more.

The program is called “Roundup for Safety”.  It is a painless way for Flathead Electric Cooperative members to provide a safer environment for the public.   When members commit to have their monthly electric bills to be rounded up to the next dollar, this money is put in a fund for community safety projects.  In order to reach out into the community to improve the public safety, the fund needs to have many contributors.  It’s just pennies a month…but they add up to thousands of dollars.

There are many safety projects waiting to be funded.  This holiday season make a commitment to round up your monthly electric bills to the next dollar…making Flathead Valley a safer place in which to live for future years. Contact the Flathead Electric Cooperative to learn more about their “Roundup for Safety” program.
