Glacier Institute hikes, class

Join The Glacier Institute March 1 for a short classroom session focusing on predator/prey relationships, evergreen plant species, and animals’ adaptations to winter.
A field session will follow and will concentrate on hunting behaviors, prey escape strategy, specialized adaptations, tracks and trails, and wintering birds of prey.
The course is at 9 a.m. at the Glacier Park Community Building, located behind Park Headquarters in West Glacier. Class will conclude at 5pm. The price of instruction is $65 per individual. Call 755-1211 or visit us online at www.glacierinstitute.org.
