MSU grads

The following local students were among the 2,047 Montana State University undergraduates who received diplomas during the 2014 spring commencement ceremonies held May 3 in Brick Breeden Fieldhouse. Columbia Falls — Eric Boyd, Brandon Calvert, Anna Downen, Jesse England, Kirk Gordon, Lindsey Henning, Micah Jam, Patrick McGunagle with honors, Russell Plevel, Torey Seward with honors, and Austin Wargo; Hungry Horse — Kassandra Hebert.

Dean’s list

Rachael Hagadone, Kylee Schoepf and Mitchell Wassam, of Columbia Falls, and Cole Jones, of Martin City, were named to the University of Montana-Western’s spring 2014 dean’s list for students who achieved a 3.33 grade point average or better.

Honor roll

Leah Philmon, of Columbia Falls, was named to the spring honor roll list at Spokane Community College. To receive honor roll status, students must earn a 3.0 grade point average or higher.
