Criminal politicians

| June 26, 2014 6:59 AM

OK, so I always talk negative in my articles. Let me tell you the positive actions that this country must approve of and deem necessary for the drastic changes coming in the near future.

I read in a recent newspaper that only 35-40 percent of today’s students can read or do math. Is it any wonder then that our national budget will not balance? If uneducated people voted in uneducated politicians to make uneducated decisions for our future, then do not be surprised when educated people from other countries take over when our economy fails and corruption spreads out of Washington, D.C.

What elected officials are not criminals? Why do you think that no complete criminal background checks are required for everyone who makes laws in this country? Because the current regime would be all in jail.

OK, so not all, but a great number would be. Just look at who has been appointed by the “transparent” government. After all, 11 million illegals are allowed to be here and collect benefits paid for by legal Americans, and now 70,000 criminals set free will have an effect on what this country was intended to be.

OK, so here is a positive schedule for the politicians to follow: Show all credentials (employment, college, Social Security earning record, etc.) that qualified you for your current employment, balance the budget, enforce all current immigration laws, smarten up education in schools. Show 80 percent success of what you ran on for election. Require state IDs for everyone over 18, implement all states on a system to check driver’s license and insurance on demand, etc.

Yes, “positive” actions are occurring every day in this country. Too bad they are not in the best interest of those of us that have served in the military, worked hard to get an education, tried to raise a family, believe that rewards follow hard work, been held accountable for our actions, and believe that rewards should be the fruit of success.

I only seek positive changes for all. After all, equality is what everyone is screaming for these days. But be very careful what you wish for, since the majority of people in this country want equality in a free not earned way of life. Positive? Seems very negative to me.
