End the war on jobs
We must end the Democrats’ war on jobs. What war on jobs, you ask? It’s a subtle war, but one with devastating impacts.
It involves millions of pages of needless regulations and red tape on our businesses. It involves not letting Native Americans develop their resources.
The Crow Tribe chairman, Darrin Old Coyote, has said “A war on coal is a war on Crow families and Crow children.”
The Democrats’ war on jobs also comes in the form of Obamacare. The non-partisan Congressional Budget Office recently reported that Obamacare will destroy 2.5 million full-time American jobs.
I think the Democrats believe, deep down, that they are trying to help people by putting more restrictions on how they live their lives. I also think that’s fundamentally the wrong approach.
Improving quality of life means letting people have more freedom and the means to enjoy that freedom. It means jobs, and it means better higher-paying jobs, not more senseless regulation.
That’s why I support Steve Daines — he’s fighting for more jobs and less government. That’s not an ambiguous campaign slogan when you look at the real-life, non-political impacts of Obamacare and the 50 percent unemployment rate on the Crow nation.
I’m tired of government regulations invading my neighbors and my own family’s home.
