As Jim Dupont’s widow, I can assure everyone that — contrary to Bill Baum’s recent letter — my husband would not have supported Commissioner Cal Scott.

If alive today, Jim would have endorsed Phil Mitchell. They worked together on various projects, and Jim always spoke highly of Phil.

I, too, hold Phil Mitchell in high regard. Phil is a successful businessman and a man of his word. That is why I support him and am serving as his campaign treasurer. In Jim’s honor, I encourage Republicans to vote for Phil Mitchell.
