On timber lawsuits

| November 18, 2014 11:33 AM

I would like to comment on U.S. District Court Judge Donald Molloy’s latest move siding with his environmental and lawyer buddies. Now, because of his latest move and many prior rulings he’s made, more people will be deprived of their incomes, Plum Creek being the latest.

I feel that these self-righteous people, including their lawyer buddies, should be held responsible for making up the difference in lost wages to all of these individuals. Maybe some good-hearted attorney will step foward and litigate these groups and Judge Molloy for lost wages and benefits.

All of these people from Plum Creek and F.H. Stoltze Land & Lumber Co. and the many other mills that have closed are trying to make a living and support families like everyone else in the work force. Then here comes the elite few making life miserable for the people trying to make a living.

Molloy and his entire select group should stop and think what their actions bring upon the working man and their families. In the end, the taxpayer loses again, as we will all get their lawyers’ bill.
