Bigfork finally has a thrift store.

Aimee Rodriguez opened ReLoved last month, across from Sliter’s on Montana 35.

“It’s been something I wanted to do for years,” she said. “I wanted to do a thrift store specifically because Bigfork didn’t have one. It’s needed here.”

Plus, she enjoys going to thrift stores herself, and the treasure hunt that goes with them.

“I enjoy thrifting. I like going to thrift stores, it’s how I clothe my family,” she said.

She tried to model the store after a boutique, and while she has a lot of clothes in the store, there are a variety of other items, all reasonably priced.

“I really want to work hard to keep the prices down,” she said. “I try to think what would I be fine paying.”

So far, Rodriguez said, the response has been good.

“It’s what Bigfork needed, is what everybody says,” she said.

As she gets the business going, she hopes to be able to give back to the community through days where all the proceeds go towards something like Bigfork athletics.

“I would love to give back to the community,” she said.

 Reloved is open Tuesday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
