Carolyn Hart

Carolyn Arlyne Mohn Hart, 82, passed away Oct. 12, 2014, at Kalispell Regional Medical Center from heart and lung failure. She passed on peacefully, surrounded by her loving family.

Carolyn was born in Kalispell on Nov. 24, 1931, to Mens and Hilda Mohn. She graduated from Flathead County High School in 1951.

She married Harry W. “Bud” Hart on Aug. 30, 1952. They had two daughters, Linda and Laura.

Carolyn was a stay-at-home wife and mother except for cleaning offices. The family were charter members in the Arabian Horse Club and Somers Saddle Club.

Bud passed away in 1976. She went to work at the Salvation Army Thrift Store and retired after 13 years of service. During this time she became a member of the local Fraternal Order Eagles.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters Evelyn, Mabel, Norma and Francis; brothers Earl “Bill” and Marvin; and her husband Bud.

Carolyn is survived by her daughters Linda Radabah, and Laura Wester and husband Dave Bjelland, of Kalispell; grandchildren Chad Radabah and wife Kim, of Hot Springs, Tami Peterson and husband David, of Kalispell, Cody Wester and wife Angel, of Columbia Falls, and Landon Wester and fiancee Amber Widhalm, of Chester; great grandchildren Garrett and Dustyn Radabah, Reid and Wyatt Peterson and Santana, and Dani and Ragan Wester; and numerous loving nieces and nephews.

Graveside rites will be held at Glacier Memorial Gardens. on Friday, Oct. 24, 2014, at 10 a.m. An open house will be held at her home following the service.
