Symphony and chorale to perform together

The Glacier Symphony and Chorale will bring its full orchestra and chorale on stage for powerful rendition of Gabriel Fauré’s Requiem Mass in the Whitefish Middle School auditorium on Saturday, March 14, at 7:30 p.m. and in the Flathead High School auditorium on Sunday, March 15, at 3 p.m.

The symphony’s March concert, “Into Paradise,” will also include “Ave verum corpus” by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and two newer pieces by John Williams, “Three Pieces” from the movie “Schindler’s List” and “Hymn to the Fallen” from the movie “Saving Private Ryan.”

Tickets must be reserved in advance by calling 407-7000 or online at www.gscmusic.tix.com. Youths through grade 12 will be admitted free to this concert when accompanied by an adult.
