Mary Armstrong

Mary Penelope “Penny” Armstrong, 75, of Cape Carteret, N.C., died May 4, 2015, at Lower Cape Fear Hospice & Life Care Center from cancer. She was with family and a dear friend.

Penny was preceded in death by her loving husband John Armstrong.

She is survived by her two children, Dr. Karen Armstrong and Rob Williams, of Cedar Point, N.C., and Glen Armstrong and Yvonne, of Columbia Falls; and three grandchildren Andy Hart and Blair, of Greensboro, N.C., and Mattson and Aidan Williams, of Cedar Point.

At Penny’s request, a celebration of her life is to be held in August on Flathead Lake near Kalispell.

Memorials may be made to the Hospice House of Onslow County, N.C.
