Kats tame Broncs on the road

The Columbia Falls volleyball team dispatched conference rival Frenchtown 25-11, 25-17, 25-17 away last week.

Morgan Stenger had a team-high nine kills and 11 digs to lead the Wildkats.

The Kats had 33 kills total and remain undefeated in conference play.

Their only losses were a couple of games against Corvallis earlier in the season.

The Kats are doing it all with a thin bench. They only have a few substitutes.

The girls are on the road again this week, with matches against Corvallis and Hamilton Saturday and Stillwater Christian School.

The Stillwater match was scheduled for Tuesday after presstime and then another match against Stillwater is scheduled for Oct. 6.

The girls next home match is Oct. 10 against Frenchtown.
