Bigfork blasts Eureka, 53-29
BIGFORK — The Bigfork boys got their season off to a strong start, blowing away Eureka in the first quarter on the way to a 53-29 rout in a District 7B conference basketball game on Tuesday.
The Vikings (1-0) rolled out to an 18-3 lead after the first quarter and led 28-8 at halftime. Eureka (1-2 overall, 0-1 District 7B) mounted a small comeback as Bigfork got deeper into its bench but couldn’t get within shooting distance of the defending conference champions.

Vikings sophomore Anders Epperly had a game-high 12 points and five assists and junior center Beau Santistevan had 11 points and 11 rebounds. Randy Stultz also had 11 points for Bigfork.
