During 2015, the Bigfork Knights of Columbus Council 14060 donated over $6,700 to nine various charities in the Bigfork, Lakeside, Somers and Kalispell area, as well as needy individuals.

The Bigfork Knights of Columbus has been making yearly donations for over nine years to assist the community charities. The council also sponsored four blood drives that have taken in 135 units of needed blood.

Council 14060 has 57 members who have sponsored bingo events, dinners and Special Olympics and have served as Salvation Army bell ringers during the holidays for a number of years.

“We’re very proud of what we have done,” said James Losee, chancellor of Council 14060.
