Nucleus Avenue now has a yoga studio. The Yoga Hive recently opened in the Nord Building formerly rented by Outside Media.

In the digital age, Outside Media’s staff now works remotely, which made the space available, noted Yoga Hive owner Mollie Busby. Busby also owns a Yoga Hive studio in Whitefish. The studio hosts classes five days a week.

Busby has been an instructor for about a year now and a has been practicing yoga for six years.

She noted Columbia Falls has a strong yoga community.

Yoga is an ancient exercise that originated in India.

It blends stretching, poses and relaxation techniques into one workout.

It’s particularly good for building core body strength and balance.

The studio hosts classes three times a day at convenient hours.
