Join the fun at Bigfork Brewfest on Saturday
The seventh annual Bigfork Brewfest is Saturday.
Proceeds from this year’s event will benefit the ACES afterschool program, North Shore Nordic Club, Bigfork Food Bank and the Crown of the Continent Guitar Foundation.
The 20th annual Spam-O-Rama will kick off festivities at 2 p.m. Folks are invited to this family-friendly event involving Spam carving. Bring your own tools and creativity.
The brewfest is from 3 to 7 p.m. in the streets of Bigfork with live music by Aaron Fetveit and Tommy Edwards, otherwise known as Man & the Box. This event is outdoors: Dress warmly and come stand by the fire.
Breweries from across Montana will serve their handcrafted beers. Tickets are $25 and include a mug and tasting tickets. Ticket for non-beer drinkers are $5. Wine also will be available. Free buses will run from Whitefish, Columbia Falls and Kalispell. Go to www.bigforkbrewfest.com for bus and ticket information.
All are welcome but you must be 21 and over for beer tasting. Food trucks will be inside the festival and free pop or coffee will be available for designated drivers.
