Community Action sponsors contest for new logo

| May 24, 2016 11:57 AM

The Community Action Partnership of Northwest Montana is marking its 40th anniversary by sponsoring a contest to change its logo.

Artists can showcase their creative graphic design abilities by entering. Competition is underway and will run through July 1.

The logo winner will receive $250 and have the design displayed on everything that incorporates the logo.

Other applicants’ designs still will be eligible for display in the lobby. All submissions will remain property of Community Action Partnership.

The criteria for the logo includes:

• Incorporating the “huggy hands” from the current logo.

• Incorporating both the organization’s name and acronym CAPNM.

• Submitting two versions of the logo (one in color and one in black and white).

• Must be a resident of the four-county area of Lincoln, Sanders, Lake and Flathead counties.

Visit the main page on the website www.capnm.net to learn more and to get a submission form that needs to be returned no later than 5 p.m. Friday, July 1.

All questions should be addressed to Jackson Diaz, community collaboration coordinator, at idiaz@capnwmt.org or 758-5432.
